El principal propósito de esta posición es: Liderar el desarrollo y crecimiento rentable del canal constructor y OEM a nivel nacional, mediante la gestión integral de proyectos, especificación técnica, desarrollo de distribuidores y direccionamiento estratégico de su equipo de trabajo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, indicadores individuales y colectivos, y el posicionamiento del portafolio de ASSA ABLOY en el mercado.
¿Qué buscamos?
🎓 Profesional en Administración de empresas, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería industrial o afines. Deseable especialización en Gerencia Comercial, Gerencia Estratégica o afines.
Requisitos:
💼 Mínimo 7–10 años de experiencia en sector construcción o canal constructor y Mínimo 3–5 años liderando equipos comerciales.
🌐 Inglés nivel alto B2/C1 (Excluyente)
💻 Conocimiento y experiencia comprobada en: Gestión de equipos de ventas B2B, Dirección de cuentas clave, Especificación técnica, Manejo de CRM y forecast
