About Us: We are recruiting for a leading construction company specializing in the development of large multi-level commercial buildings in London. The projects range from commercial properties to large hotels and industrial buildings. We are currently seeking experienced and skilled construction workers to join this dynamic team.

We are looking for experienced construction workers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction of houses, commercial properties, hotels, and/or industrial buildings. The ideal candidates will be specialists in one of the following areas:

1. Steel Fixers
2. Formwork Carpenters
3. Concrete Finishers/Ground Workers

Responsibilities:

• Execute construction tasks related to your specialty (Steel Fixing, Formwork Carpentry, or Concrete Finishing/Ground Work) on large multi-level commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret construction drawings (an advantage).
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Fully fluent in English, speaking, reading and writing.
• Specialist expertise in one of the following areas: Steel Fixing, Formwork Carpentry, or Concrete Finishing/Ground Work.
• Ability to produce an up-to-date CV.
• Clean police record.
• Possess or be able to obtain a passport.
• The ability to read drawings is an advantage.
• Ability to show photos of previous work is an advantage.
