We're looking for a passionate and experienced Construction Training Lead to develop future Site Managers, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to safely lead complex infrastructure projects across our network.

What You'll Be Doing
As Construction Training Lead, you'll take ownership of our Trainee Site Manager Development Programme, creating meaningful learning experiences that blend formal training, mentoring and hands-on site exposure.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about developing others and has experience leading or supporting construction activities within a safety-critical environment.
This is an opportunity to directly influence the future capability of a business delivering some of the UK's most significant energy infrastructure projects. You'll help develop the next generation of Site Managers who will play a critical role in delivering a multi-billion-pound investment programme, connecting renewable energy, strengthening Scotland's electricity network and supporting the transition to a low-carbon future.
