This position reports to the Wet Etch Area Co-Ordinator.
As a Tool Install Engineer, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Planning and Coordination
Collaborate with Factory Owners and stakeholders to ensure tools/equipment/kits are ordered per Tool Install Schedule requirements.
Track and resolve issues promptly; escalate as needed.
Represent local FCS in CTI and VF forums.
Attend planning and coordination meetings.
Willingness to undertake tool owner related activities.
Financial and Forecasting
Work with stakeholders to forecast equipment and funding requirements.
Align with FCS financial planning/reporting cycles.
Ensure commitments and POs are in place for tools/equipment/kits.
Systems and Data Accuracy
Collaborate with EMS and system owners to ensure systems reflect equipment requirements and schedules.
Drive system and part number configuration/genealogy for accurate RFT order/kits delivery.
Supplier and Contractor Management
Work with suppliers to ensure business needs are understood and materials/resources are positioned for timely delivery.
Maintain awareness of commercial issues, risks, and capacity with contractors for early resolution.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure staff are trained, competent, and compliant with SOPs/procedures.
Issue change orders/funding approvals before work commences (no ATF orders).
Maintain safety, housekeeping, and standards in facilities where FCS scope is executed.
Foster a safety culture of caring across all environments.
Continuous Improvement
Incorporate VF learnings into Ireland Tool Install operations.
Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality project plans.
Drive innovation and transform traditional construction practices using industry insights.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management,
or a closely related field with 3+ years of experience in Project/Construction Management.
Required Competencies
Flexibility to perform tasks outside of Engineering scope.
Ability to manage discussions with executive management and drill down to details.
Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
Champion safety culture throughout assigned scope.
Decision-making and influencing skills in a highly matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and expertise in Wet Etch process tool equipment.
Experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
Lean or Six Sigma certification.
PMI Professional Project Management Certification (PMP).

Annual Salary Range for this job which could be performed in Ireland is: €59,200.00 - €92,600.00
The compensation range displayed in this posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education, training.
