What You Will Do:

• Performs configuration, data management, and technical task execution within construction technology platforms (such as AASHTOWare Project), supporting division workflows and ensuring process alignment across modules and platforms.
• Evaluates and improves business processes with backlog and enhancement items by designing workflows, process maps, and procedure documentation.
• Provides operational support to district and central office staff, including guidance on data-related questions, delivery of data products, and clarification of system expectations.
• Troubleshoots functional and data issues, coordinates with subject matter experts/technical support, and documents system changes to ensure traceability across environments and processes.

Completion of undergraduate core program in business or public administration or data processing/computer science/information systems technology; 2 yrs. exp. or 2 yrs. trg. in which included responsibility for developing standards for new & existing data definition, product evaluation, recommending software selection, design & development of data bases to include security measures/controls & how data is to be accumulated maintained, archived & removed from system.
