We are seeking a skilled and dependable Construction Technician to join and help grow our Reconstruction Division This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on construction experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. The right candidate will be comfortable performing both interior and exterior repair work on residential and light commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other property damage.
Position Overview
The Construction Technician is responsible for performing reconstruction and repair work from start to finish on a variety of restoration projects. This includes drywall, painting, trim, tile flooring, punch work, general carpentry, and exterior repairs such as siding, gutters, and roofing-related work.
This position is ideal for someone who can work efficiently in occupied homes and active jobsites, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and help restore damaged properties back to pre-loss condition with care and attention to detail.
