Angel Seafood is looking for a Construction Team Leader to join our expanding business on the Eyre Peninsula!

( Please note that permanent Australian residency is required for this role)

About the Role

In this role, your duties as a Construction Team Leader will include but not be limited to:

• Coordinating/leading teams in day-to-day activities to achieve desired outcomes
• Liaising with our Construction Manager on current & upcoming projects
• Strategic planning/carrying out of projects within timelines and budgets
• Adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assisting in completing projects within timeframes & budget
• Recording and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly outcomes, objectives & issues.

( This role will also require work across our Cowell, Haslam, Streaky and Coffin Bay locations where needed)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Skills & Experience

• Full Australian working rights essential
• Proven leadership experience in similar role essential
• Vessel operations & GPS plotting/navigation
• Demonstrated knowledge of bays & lease/license areas
• Ability to operate plant & machinery i.e. excavators
• Intermediate computer skills ( incl. Excel, Zoom, reporting, etc.).

Qualifications & Licenses

• Coxswains grade 1
• CV and FL High Risk licenses essential
• Current First Aid
• Current driver's license with agriculture endorsement
