The Construction Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full-time construction professional roles supporting Rosendin, a leading electrical construction contractor This position focuses exclusively on hiring non-field construction professionals, including project management, estimating, safety, and support roles, ensuring the organization is staffed with experienced talent capable of supporting complex electrical construction projects in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
