Responsibilities include carrying out topographical surveys, establishing and maintaining survey control networks, setting out for construction works, and performing as-built surveys to verify works. The position requires a professional with deep technical expertise in modern survey methodologies and equipment, proficiency in data processing and CAD software, and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.
The Land Surveyor will work closely with the design, engineering, and construction teams to provide accurate and timely survey information, resolving any discrepancies and ensuring that all project elements are constructed in their precise intended locations.
