Responsibilities include managing the daily activities of MEP subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings and specifications, monitoring progress, and enforcing all quality and safety protocols.
The position requires a seasoned mechanical construction professional with deep, practical knowledge of modern MEP systems, particularly in a high-rise context. The Construction Supervisor will be a critical link between the engineering team and the on-site workforce, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all mechanical works from the basement plant rooms to the rooftop equipment.
