Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
- Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
- Construction supervisors are responsible for overseeing the work of a construction site, ensuring that all details are completed on time and to the quality standards set by the client;
- Supervise and control all activities of construction at the construction project site;
- Oversees the construction process and ensures all work is completed according to the project specifications
- Participate with all stakeholders of the required construction and assist in the preparation of the related scope of work and specifications.
- Inspecting Construction Sites: Regularly inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
- Identify any issues or potential hazards and take corrective action as needed.
- Ensuring Projects are on Schedule: Monitor project timelines and adjust work schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Proactively identify and address any factors that could cause delays.
- Managing Construction Teams: Lead and manage construction teams, providing direction and support. Hire, train, and evaluate workers to build a competent and motivated team.
- Job Qualifications
- Provide professional bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical background;
- Proficiency in English
- Possess a Class 1 Mechanical and Electrical Supervision Certificate as listed below.
- Have experience working as a Chief Supervision Consultant for Level 1 projects.
- Experience in working as Client's Project >= 1 project;
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working on airport projects.
- Communication Skill: Clarifiy and effectiveness in verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving Abilities: Candidates showing they can handle construction-related challenges
