The Role:

You will take ownership of a premium 28 townhouse development located on Sydney's Northern Beaches. This role will see you leading site operations from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. In addition to managing the day-to-day construction activities, you will play an important role in mentoring and supporting junior members of the construction team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the construction and delivery of a 28-luxury townhouse development
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site resources
• Driving construction programmes and maintaining project timelines
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring exceptional workmanship standards
• Managing WHS compliance and maintaining safe work practices on site
• Coordinating site activities to ensure efficient project delivery
• Identifying and resolving construction challenges proactively
• Managing project documentation and reporting requirements
• Mentoring and developing junior Supervisors and site-based team members
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives

About You:

You will be an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background delivering residential projects and a passion for leading teams and mentoring others.

To be successful, you will possess:

• Minimum 10 years' experience within residential construction
• Previous experience working for a volume home builder is essential
• Experience delivering multi-residential or medium density developments is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of residential construction methodologies and sequencing
• Trade qualification in Carpentry or a Bachelor of Construction Management
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain strong site relationships
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing junior team members
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to construction delivery
