Construction Superintendent
Summary:
To provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that plans and specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Job Scope:
The Project Superintendent is accountable for completing projects on time, following plans and local codes. Maintaining schedule of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring adherence to plans and specs. Conflicts or plan revisions are resolved with the project team. The Superintendent enforces quality control for construction and does not have the authority for financial agreements.
Hours of work: Evening shift 5:00pm- 3:00am
