Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial construction and technology infrastructure projects. This individual will serve as the onsite leader responsible for coordinating crews, managing subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, proven experience managing field teams, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive jobsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities on active project sites.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Conduct daily site walks, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all jobsite operations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, safety logs, and project documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers to communicate schedule updates, risks, and project milestones.
• Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and client expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Construction Manager, General Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
• Experience leading commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or technology construction projects.
• Active OSHA 30 Certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting low-voltage, telecommunications, structured cabling, security, or data center projects.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management tools.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience working in mission-critical or highly regulated environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
