The Construction Superintendent is responsible for supporting the Construction Engineer or Manager in the execution of construction activities across all project phases. This role ensures that construction work is planned, coordinated, and executed in accordance with project schedules, quality requirements, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
The position provides on-site leadership and technical support to discipline supervision teams, ensuring that all construction activities are properly prepared, efficiently executed, and aligned with project objectives. The Superintendent plays a key role in coordinating field operations, resolving site issues, and maintaining communication between construction teams, field engineering, and project management.
This role requires strong field experience, technical knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage subcontractors and supervision teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of construction work.
