INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-discipline construction teams and extensive experience working on Saudi Aramco or ADNOC projects.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver

• Supervise and direct all on-site construction activities including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Monitor construction progress against the project schedule, identify delays, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain milestones.
• Ensure all construction work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality management system requirements.
• Enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site; conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure all personnel work in a safe manner.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Plan and manage the deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth construction execution.
• Prepare daily and weekly construction progress reports, highlighting key issues, risks, and look-ahead activities.
• Coordinate with client site representatives (Saudi Aramco, ADNOC) and inspection teams during construction activities. 

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 13–15 years of experience in construction supervision or superintendency on EPC projects.
• Significant experience on Saudi Aramco or ADNOC projects preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, standards, and multi-discipline interfaces.
• Proficient in construction scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Relevant construction management or safety certifications are an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Broad knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation construction methods and standards.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with inspection and test plans (ITPs), material traceability, and construction quality records.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, variation management, and subcontractor performance tracking.
• Competency in Primavera P6 or MS Project for monitoring construction progress and lookahead planning.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to lead large, multi-national construction crews and subcontractors with authority and respect.
• Proactive in identifying construction challenges and implementing field solutions to keep the project on track.
• Clear and effective communicator at all levels, from field crews to senior project management.
• Capable of making sound, timely decisions under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and foster a culture of safety and high performance.

Experience Requirements:

• 13–15 years of construction supervision experience on major EPC projects in oil, gas, or petrochemical facilities.
• Proven experience managing multi-discipline construction teams and subcontractors in greenfield or brownfield environments.
• Significant experience working on Saudi Aramco or ADNOC construction sites, with thorough knowledge of their construction standards.
• Track record of successfully managing construction activities within challenging schedules and budgets.
