The Construction Site Safety Manager is responsible for leading and managing all jobsite safety efforts on active construction projects. This role provides onsite safety leadership to ensure a safe working environment, promote a strong construction safety culture, and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
The Construction Site Safety Manager works closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field crews to proactively identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and support safe production across all phases of construction. This position serves as the primary safety authority on site and plays a critical role in incident prevention and risk mitigation.
We specialize in the “Tough Jobs” no one else can do. And we need a Safety Manager with the right leadership skills to get even the most difficult jobs done safely, on-time, in budget, every time. We have exciting new project opportunities, which are local to the Madison area, require no overnight travel, and are seeking someone to educate field personnel on safety procedures and ensure safety policies are followed.
