Waiakea Inc. is developing a new industrial water bottling facility in Keaau, Hawaii. The project includes construction of a 30,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building with high-bay clear heights, fire protection systems, site development, full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and installation of specialized recycling equipment.
Waiakea Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Manager to serve as the on-site representative for a remotely based Project Manager. This contractor role is responsible for providing daily oversight of field activities, coordinating contractors and vendors, documenting project progress, and ensuring leadership maintains real-time visibility into site operations.
This position is critical to the successful execution of a complex industrial construction project and requires a highly organized, proactive individual with strong construction management experience.
Project Duration: Approximately 6 months, beginning on or around July 7, 2026 Project duration may be extended, shortened, or otherwise modified based on project needs with reasonable notice.
Location: Keaau, Hawaii Island
Applicants must currently reside on Hawaii Island or be willing and able to relocate to Hawaii Island for the duration of the project. This position requires regular on-site attendance throughout the construction phase.
