Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily operations on a new construction site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires hands-on leadership to manage teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure that all work is carried out in line with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and resources to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
• Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and meet project goals
• Maintain accurate site records and daily reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans

Qualifications:

• A diploma or technical certification in construction or a related field is an asset
• Fluent in English with good communication skills, both verbal and written
