Job Description

Role: Construction Site Coordinator

Client: Main Contractor

Essentials: Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; strong organisational and documentation skills; understanding of construction processes; proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly Excel and SharePoint.

Location: Dublin 12

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000

Package: Pension, Mileage, Phone & Laptop

• Coordinate project documentation, schedules, deliverables and actions from project start-up through to handover.
• Monitor project progress against programmes, track risks and potential delays, and escalate issues to the Project Manager and site team.
• Manage project records, drawings, RFIs, submittals and change orders, keeping information accurate and up to date in Procore, SharePoint and Excel.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes and reports, and follow up on outstanding actions with project teams and subcontractors.
• Arrange material orders and deliveries, coordinating access and delivery schedules with clients and site teams.
• Support the Project Manager and Quantity Surveying team with budgets, change control and tracking approvals.
• Act as a key point of contact for project updates, keeping clients, site teams, subcontractors and senior management informed.
• Support health and safety, quality control and audit requirements, including RAMS, site records, inspections, snag lists and handover documentation.
• Assist with the onboarding and training of team members on project management systems and digital workflows.
