Job Description

As a Construction Services Manager (CSM) at ENGEO, you will lead field operations by coordinating staffing, supporting project execution, and serving as a key point of contact between clients, field teams, and technical staff. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are properly staffed, responsive to client needs, and executed efficiently in the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and schedule field staff to meet project needs across the Southern California region

· Serve as the primary liaison between clients, field representatives, and technical staff

· Collaborate with engineers and other CSMs to allocate resources and share best practices

· Provide responsive, high-quality service to clients on active job sites

· Support QA/QC field observations for horizontal and vertical construction in accordance with plans, codes, and Special Inspection requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of experience in land development or construction (earthwork and special inspections)

· Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience

· Reliable vehicle suitable for construction sites (truck/SUV; reimbursement provided)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a drug screening

· Ability to perform physically demanding field work

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with or willingness to learn field data software (e.g., Survey 123, SpectraQest)

Preferred Experience:

· Nuclear Gauge certification (10+ years preferred)

· ACI Concrete Field Grade I (5+ years preferred)

· ICC Reinforced Concrete (RC) and Post-Tensioned (PT) certifications (3+ years preferred)

· Current valid certifications as a City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County Deputy Inspector

· Experience working in fast-paced, field-driven environments

· Strong client service mindset and team collaboration

· Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving

Salary Expectations: Approximately $105,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and other factors.
