Construction Senior Superintendent
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Superintendent to lead the field execution of complex, large-scale construction projects throughout South Florida.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead overall field execution from mobilization through completion and final turnover.
- Manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, sequencing, logistics, manpower planning, and milestone completion.
- Coordinate complex structural, architectural, MEP, and specialty construction scopes.
- Establish clear expectations and hold field teams accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
- Anticipate construction challenges and proactively resolve issues before they impact project delivery.
- Work closely with Project Managers, operations leadership, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
- Promote a jobsite culture built on mutual respect, teamwork, personal responsibility, and proactive communication.
- Maintain exceptional standards for quality control, inspections, documentation, and project closeout.
- Mentor and develop field personnel while reinforcing consistent leadership and performance standards.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, General Superintendent, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, large-scale commercial or multifamily construction projects.
- Experience managing multiple Superintendents, subcontractors, and large field teams.
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, structural systems, MEP coordination, scheduling, and site logistics.
- Ability to interpret and coordinate complex construction documents and resolve field challenges.
- Proven experience maintaining project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and construction milestones.
- Strong understanding of inspections, permitting coordination, quality control, and final turnover.
- A hands-on leader who takes personal ownership of project outcomes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with project teams, trade partners, and clients.
- Commitment to leading by example, developing others, and maintaining a safe, respectful, and accountable jobsite.
