This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction are the highest priorities.WHAT YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and risk.Review and negotiate change orders and subcontract agreements.Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate reporting.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Mentor and develop project team members.Support company growth by maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat business.DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
