Title: Construction Senior Estimator (Miami)
Reports to: Director of Preconstruction

This career opportunity is for you if you enjoy leading complex, high-end construction estimates and being part of sophisticated luxury projects from concept through buyout. Projects include ultra-luxury ground-up residential homes, luxury condominium common areas and build-outs, hospitality, and other highly detailed custom construction environments. You like collaborating with stake-holders and visiting sites for preliminary evaluations.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Lead the estimating and bid process from Request for Proposal (RFP) and bid document review through final submission
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope requirements
• Solicit and level subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Prepare quantity take-offs, bid tabulations, budgets, clarifications, RFIs, allowances, and qualifications
• Identify project risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Operations, Ownership, Architects, Designers, and Consultants
• Present estimate summaries and recommendations to leadership
• Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, competitive, and delivered on time

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKE?

• 10+ years of estimating experience within luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial construction
• Experience estimating complex custom projects with high-end finishes and detailed coordination
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and subcontractor scope management
• Ability to independently lead estimates and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam or equivalent and Procore or equivalent
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
