This is a great opportunity for someone to work remotely in St. Louis area and who is eager to build a career in sales with hands-on training and clear advancement potential.

This entry-level role begins with learning the fundamentals of our business through project management responsibilities — assisting with take-offs, preparing quotes, and supporting the sales process. Over time, as you gain experience and product knowledge, you’ll transition into a full sales representative role with your own customer base and sales goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Review civil project plans and specifications to prepare accurate material take-offs and quotes
  • Prepare detailed civil structure take-off for manufacturing purposes
  • Support the sales team with pricing, proposals, and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate project details between customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Learn our products, systems, and customer base
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Progress into an outside sales role as experience and performance grow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
  • Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service, estimating/construction experience a plus
