Join The Boldt Company as a Safety Manager supporting automotive manufacturing, industrial construction, and facility projects across Marion, Fort Wayne, Kokomo, and Bedford, Indiana. We're looking for a safety leader who thrives in the field and is passionate about protecting people, building strong relationships, and driving an exceptional safety culture. In this role, you'll partner with project teams to lead OSHA compliance, incident investigations, contractor safety, safety training, audits, risk management, lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space programs, and project safety planning.
This is more than a typical construction safety role. You'll enjoy the stability of supporting long-term projects throughout Indiana while helping shape the future growth of a regional safety team. If you're an experienced Construction Safety Manager, Site Safety Manager, EHS Manager, HSE Manager, Safety Professional, or Industrial Safety Leader with experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrial, power, energy, or heavy construction environments, we want to hear from you. Candidates with OSHA 30, OSHA 510/511, CHST, ASP, or CSP certifications are especially encouraged to apply.

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $98000- $128000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. The salary is negotiable as minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
