We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Project Manager to join our SIRIS team as an Owners Representative in support of a renovation projects to a Wellness center located in Washington, DC. This role will focus on implementing and maintaining construction phase QA/QC procedures and the quality control plan coordination of site inspections, reviewing materials, determining root causes weekly reporting and punch list documentation.
This project involves the construction and modernization of a senior wellness center and occupied public facility, including structural, roofing, waterproofing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire alarm improvements. The Project Manager will provide onsite oversight of quality, safety, inspections, subcontractor performance, testing and commissioning, material verification, and project documentation, with a focus on minimizing rework and achieving first-time inspection acceptance. Responsibilities will also include supporting Certificate of Occupancy requirements, final inspections, commissioning, and project closeout.
The person who will succeed in this role is a proactive, detail-oriented construction professional who understands how to build quality into a project from the start. They are comfortable working in the field, coordinating with subcontractors and inspectors, and holding teams accountable to project requirements.
