Provide Oversight of New Capital/Upgrade Projects/Site Contractors/Equipment
Vendors. Record all site activities for the term of the construction schedule from mobilization to
the site through issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (COO). Manage the owners (Pyramid)
Final Punch List and completion of the Building/Site Performance Testing. Record all Vendor and
Building Materials moving on and off the site. Attend and record all construction project meetings
on site.

Required Qualifications
Must be able to interpret design/construction drawings/construction methods Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry on project sites High School Diploma is required Degree and/or certifications preferred in business, construction management, or engineering Valid driver’s license Computer proficient, with experience in MS Excel, Project, and Word May be required to travel to out of area/state projects on a Per Diem Cost Basis, Leaving Mondays and returning home on Fridays each week for the duration of the project assignment. Traveling to and from the Job site is a paid Per Diem (Living) Expense.

Work Environment This position is remote with the frequent need to travel to corporate facilities and assigned construction sites. Position requires overnight stays and weekly daily presents at assigned construction sites. The noise level at corporate facilities and offices is usually moderately quiet & indoors. The noise level on construction sites is commensurate with normal construction noise levels. Incumbents may be exposed to viruses, disease, and/or infection from clients in the work environment. Work Environment
This position will require regional/local project travel and weekly overnight stays. This position will be scheduled based on project need & a company vehicle and travel expense plan will be included to travel between projects. As a Project Representative, you may work indoors in an office as well as outdoors at construction sites.
