Client: Tier 1 Contractor

Essentials: 3-5 years' construction experience ; Degree in Construction Management, or similar ; Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or industrial projects ; Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Dublin based sites

Salary: €50,000 - €65,000

Progression: Senior Planner

We are seeking a motivated Project Planner for a large-scale commercial building project in Dublin. This role focuses on developing, monitoring, and reporting on baseline construction schedules across civil, structural, architectural (CSA), and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Prepare and manage multi-disciplinary schedules for all project phases, ensuring area updates are cross-checked, consistent, and quality-assured.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor progress against baselines, implement progress measurement systems, and recommend remedial actions for schedule deviations.
• Data Analysis: Extract critical insights using filters, lookaheads, histograms, and S-curves to optimize project timelines.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Generate accurate forecasts, variance reports, and regular updates for close collaboration with site management and clients.
