
The Construction Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates development of multiple projects, and oversees their organization, scheduling and implementation within the guidelines of local, state, and federal laws, county ordinances, county policies and procedures, departmental regulations, and technical manuals. Reports to the Central Services Director and maintains daily communication as it regards various ongoing projects. Works with directors, supervisors, elected officials, vendors, consultants, outside agencies, and other professionals to successfully complete assigned projects.

Education: BA/BS in business management, business administration, construction or related field of study.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience in construction, design & project management or related experience sufficient to meet job functions.
