Job Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple jobs sites.
• Manage multiple crews.
• Crew recruitment.
• Main point of contact with homeowners during installation.
• Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied.
• Daily updates upon job site inspections.
• Change orders and “up selling”.
Experience & Skills:
• Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews.
• Experience with residential construction projects.
• Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers).
• Knowledge of grading and drainage.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Positive “can do” attitude is critical.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
• A background check will be conducted for this position.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing construction job sites.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).

As a Construction Project Manager at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company. System Pavers has a fantastic and dedicated team focused on helping our customer make memories with the friends and family.
This position is a full-time role that offers a salary of $70,304 + bonus and commissions, company truck, and gas card.
