
Project and corporate office locations - Miami Dade WHY YOU WANT THIS OPPORTUNITY:Are you a Project Manager who enjoys leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while building long term relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams?A well established South Florida Developer/Builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple garden style multifamily construction projects ranging from $20 million to $70 million in value throughout Miami Dade and South Broward Counties.This is a career opportunity, not a travel position. All projects are local, allowing you to build your career while maintaining stability for yourself and your family.The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordination, financial management, execution, and successful delivery of multifamily projects while leading and developing an Assistant Project Manager. This individual will work closely with ownership, operations leadership, superintendents, consultants, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Manage multifamily garden style projects from preconstruction through final completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reportingOversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and change managementLead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partnersMonitor project costs, commitments, forecasting, and financial performanceUtilize Procore, Sage, and TimberScan for project management, cost control, document management, and reportingManage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, permits, and closeout processesCollaborate with field leadership to maintain schedule, quality, safety, and productivity goalsCoach, mentor, and develop an Assistant Project ManagerProvide proactive communication and leadership throughout all phases of constructionDO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Developer/BuilderExperience delivering multifamily construction projects preferredStrong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project financial managementExperience using Procore, Sage, and TimberScanAbility to lead teams while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationshipsExcellent communication, organization, and problem solving skillsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive base salaryAnnual performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and holidays401(k) retirement planCareer advancement opportunities within a growing Developer/Builder organization The Breistol Method® PerspectiveThe right project does not succeed because of schedules, software, or reports alone.
