Construction Project Manager – Luxury Construction

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Manage assigned construction scopes from preconstruction through final completion and turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate architects, interior designers, consultants, Superintendents, specialty subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee the procurement, coordination, and installation of high-end materials, custom finishes, and specialty architectural elements.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, buyout, contracts, change orders, and cost control.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, RFIs, and submittals.
• Work closely with design and field teams to ensure construction execution aligns with design intent and project standards.
• Monitor long-lead materials, fabrication schedules, deliveries, and installation sequencing.
• Identify and resolve design, procurement, and field coordination challenges before they impact schedule or quality.
• Maintain exceptional standards for quality control, craftsmanship, documentation, and final presentation.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, closeout, and final project turnover.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven Project Management experience on high-end construction projects.
• Strong preference for experience in luxury hospitality, branded residences, high-end retail, or ultra-luxury residential construction.
• Understanding of premium materials, specialty finishes, custom fabrication, and complex architectural detailing.
• Experience working with sophisticated clients, architects, designers, and specialty trade partners.
• Strong knowledge of project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, change management, and financial reporting.
• Experience coordinating detailed architectural and interior design packages with field execution.
• Ability to manage specialty subcontractors, custom fabrication, long-lead procurement, and complex installation sequencing.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, mock-ups, and quality-control procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple project stakeholders.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to anticipate challenges, make timely decisions, and maintain project momentum.
• Professional approach to client relationships, design coordination, and project reporting.
