Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale industrial project based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. The project is set to run for five years, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to manage a high-value development from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

To be successful, the preferred candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex industrial projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the industrial project across all phases.
2. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
3. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
6. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
7. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
8. Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
9. Drive quality assurance and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Role Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within industrial construction.
2. Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
5. Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
6. Full driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
