Wolverine Building Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to lead retail and restaurant projects from design through closeout. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of construction execution while delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with our core values.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who can operate independently, build strong relationships, and consistently deliver high-quality commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Required:
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within commercial construction
• Experience managing retail and/or restaurant construction projects
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
• Experience with estimating, bidding, and project financial management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and contracts
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience working in new geographic markets and developing trade partner networks
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office

Work Environment &Travel:

• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional extended hours based on project needs
• Occasional travel required:
• Day travel approximately once per week
• Overnight travel approximately once per month
