Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Construction Project Manager to join their growing team in Arlington, VA. In this role, you will be a critical contributor to multiple high-profile and complex projects spanning the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
•Assist the Superintendent, PM, and Project Executive in daily operations, including:
◦Conducting daily progress reports and reviewing action items
◦Assessing and submitting RFIs and submittals
◦Developing 3-week construction progress outlooks
•Plan and schedule all trade inspections and track resolution of comments
•Coordinate and oversee employees and subcontractors across all phases of construction
•Oversee detailed project documentation, budgeting, and scheduling
•Safeguard client property and deliver exceptional service throughout each project
•Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and project teams
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
•7+ years of experience supporting the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout
•5–7 years of hands-on experience in ground-up, renovation, build-out, and/or restoration construction project management
•Demonstrated experience in both residential and commercial projects on public contracts
Technical Skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•Experience with Procore (project management)
•Proficient in Primavera P6 (scheduling)
•Experience with Revit / BIM (Building Information Modeling)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary
$95,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
