Under the direct supervision of the Area Supervisor, the Inspection Supervisor responsibilities will include the inspection of VRP (Vacancy Readiness Program) restoration related work in move-out apartments performed by vendor and in-house staff (i.e., plumbing, carpentry, plastering, maintenance, laborers, carpenters) contract work.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
