We are looking for a Construction Project Manager for our Deland, FL office!
This is an in-office position (not remote or WFH). Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of building systems, building products, and project execution workflows. This role serves as the primary customer partner throughout the project lifecycle, owning project scope and key milestones in collaboration with the customer and internal teams from order entry through production and delivery. This role also serves as the critical technical link between construction field requirements and internal operations, ensuring that complex project milestones are met while providing a premium service experience to the customer.
The Construction Project Manager applies technical expertise to understand overall project scope, identify potential gaps or risks, manage RFIs and scope changes, and ensure accurate execution against customer requirements. This role supports pre- and post-production customer needs while maintaining accountability for documentation, change management, schedule adherence, and complete financial reconciliation to deliver a high-quality, reliable customer experience.
