About the role - Up to £45,000 per annum
Tangerine are recruiting for an organised and hard-working Construction Project Manager to join our team.
This dynamic and varied role will require you to manage multiple projects at any given time.
You will be a ‘hands on’ Manager who has an existing trade, preferably a joiner with shop fitting or similar experience.
Main duties (but not limited to) …
Full responsibility for agreed construction projects.
Regular communication and updates on projects to all stakeholders.
Provide clear direction and leadership to the in-house building team.
Manage all sub-contractors working on projects.
Work within agreed budgets.
Ensure that all project paperwork is kept up to date.
About You
Experience in shop fitting or similar would be helpful.
Previous project management experience within the construction industry is essential.
Excellent organisation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority.
Proactive individual who provides leadership by example.
