Multi Span Australia Group is seeking Project Managers in The Gold Coast to collaborate with our in-house team of engineers, architects, and project managers in delivering high-quality projects across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage key stakeholder relationships to support company growth.
• Plan and deliver projects within contracted timeframes.
• Oversee subcontract letting, review, and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget while identifying value opportunities.
• Allocate and manage resources to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Enforce site safety and environmental compliance.
• Provide construction input for tenders and head contract reviews.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in managing multi-residential, industrial, and commercial construction projects.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and project efficiency.
