About The Role
A delivery-focused position responsible for overseeing construction, fit-out, and renovation projects across multiple sites. The role manages end-to-end project execution, from site mobilization through to handover, ensuring all works are delivered within approved scope, timelines, and quality standards. It involves coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, controlling project sequencing and site activities, monitoring progress, addressing risks and delays proactively, and maintaining adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong on-site presence, structured coordination, and disciplined execution to ensure controlled and timely project delivery.
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
8+ years of experience in construction project management or site leadership roles
Strong background in fit-out, commercial, or hospitality projects
Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
Experience working with contractors, consultants, and vendors
Strong execution mindset with firm site presence
Comfortable enforcing timelines and decisions
Background in construction management, engineering, or related disciplines preferred
