What Does an Project Manager with Paul Davis Do?
As a Project Manager, you will work with property owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as fires or floods to restore both residential and commercial properties. You’ll manage renovation projects, control budgets, and ensure effective communication. The role involves spending significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.

Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
The physical environment requires the employee to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment. Must have the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
