What you’ll actually do
As a Residential Project Manager at Paul Davis, you’ll lead reconstruction projects for homeowners and property managers after events like fires or floods. These are real situations with real people who need clear communication, strong leadership, and follow-through. You’ll manage projects from start to finish; coordinating trades, controlling budgets, setting expectations, and spending plenty of time in the field making sure the work is done right. When a family gets back into their home, you’ll know you played a major role in that.

Working conditionsThis role requires working both indoors and outdoors, using PPE when necessary, standing and walking for extended periods, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
