Specializing in the property restoration industry for water, mold & fire damaged properties, SERVPRO is looking to hire a Full-Time Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the oversight, management and execution of the project cycle for all construction projects by providing coordination between the office, clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors. These activities include estimating the job using Xactimate, scheduling & coordinating subcontractors, communicating with all interested parties, ensuring quality workmanship, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Additional responsibilities will include obtaining necessary permits, unique materials, and/or equipment required to complete the project. The Construction Project Manager must be driven to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented company that focuses on communication, accountability and professionalism towards the customer at all times.
