  • Plan, schedule, oversee, and direct construction management of projects; timely completion of assignments and meet deadlines
  • Fiscal responsibility for assigned projects; project cost, profitability, and forecasting
  • Communicate directly with contractors, designers, customers, and users concerning project requirements, costs, staffing, and scheduling. Act as liaison between customer, engineering, manufacturing, and sales
  • Prepare project status reports and work to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications
  • Responsible for all project related work; documentation of conversations, change orders, and custom notifications; review of bill of materials, test reports, time sheets, and expense reports of field personnel
  • Document and report all warranty and rework issues related to assigned projects
  • Work to insure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely responses, and actively working to meet customer's schedules and expectations
  • Conduct project reviews and feedback on the internal process of project completion; suggest or make improvements where needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • 0 - 2 years of construction management experience
  • Familiarity with contract and construction management concepts
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • LEED Certification

Compensation Information

Base salary range $70,000 - $90,000 USD (Annually)
