Clear Channel OutdoorThis internship provides an opportunity to work as part of the Corporate Operations team to support internal departments and clients. Primary responsibilities include projects related to improving Operational Efficiencies and Execution on company construction projects.

Analytics Support

• Analyzes operational data to assess performance, then generate qualitative and quantitative summaries.
• Identifies trends and opportunities for improvement
• Assists in mapping key operational processes using flowcharts other tools to demonstrate key steps, owners, handoffs, dependencies, etc.

Project Support

• Creates and organizes database of material drawings purchased though capital supplies ordering
• Collaborates with multi-departments to enhance individual and project trends to develop lessons learned best practices
• Identifies and develop a method to create a systematic update to capital estimate/spend

System Support

• Updates and streamlines engineering information intake process
• Helps with improvements to Project Management system training procedures
• Assists with implementing new Construction Site Layout software

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Education

• 4-year college degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain or related field in progress.
• Open to students starting their senior year
• 3.0+ GPA

Skills:

• Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a project team.
• Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detailed oriented – with strong attention to accuracy and problem solving.
• Skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

• This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
