Job Description
The Project Foreman is a key position on our active construction projects. The Project Foreman will coordinate operations and oversee workers on the construction sites. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, this person will be a key person for the completion of a project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Confirms schedules and monitor and attendance of crew.
- Confirm tradespeople are accounted for and documented in ProCore.
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
- Accountability of opening and closing the site daily.
- Resolve problems when they arise.
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc. both in Word and ProCore.
- Managing material deliveries.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Project take-off’s / in-depth knowledge of construction materials.
- Must be a team player and able to get along with others.
Knowledge and Skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and clients
- Must be able to wear safety gear at all times while on the job site.
- Knowledge of remodel, reconstitution, restoration projects (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft.
- Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety
- Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements is a plus.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, ).
- Professional customer service
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient
- Time management and time critical prioritization
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team
- May be required to provide own basic tools (power drill, power saw, screwdrivers, level, hammer, etc.)

Pysical Demands
- Ability to safely operate, climb and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories) – 24-
- Ability to operate smartphone & email (day-to-day operations, basic communication/monthly expense reports)

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on a frequent
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, pull/push, grasp, twist, reach above shoulder, walk, stoop, kneel and climb.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to input data to information system; and talk or hear in order to gather and provide information on departmental processes.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1-3 years of directly related or closely related experience / Customer Service
Travel Requirements
- Travel may be required – currently local to the St. Louis area
- Hurricane Season may require extensive travel
Working Conditions
- Typical outside work environment year-round (frequent standing, walking, lifting and/or operating powered equipment using proper safety techniques or tools), exposure to elements like rain, heat or cold.
- Overtime may-be required (on-call rotation)
