Job Description

Construction Project /Coordinator/Owner's rep. 

Provide on-site oversight. Document functionality, coordinate with stakeholders for repairs and support reporting. Also, provide onsite project initiation and stakeholder coordination with contractors and third-party constructon management firms when site engineers are unable to do so. May also provide technical input for equipment replacement efforts and support commissioning. 

Perform daily on-site construction management and Owner's Representative services.

Serve as the on-site point of contact to coordinate and assist vendors, contractors and third-party CM services upon arrival.

Offer subject matter expertise on equipment replacement and collaborate with engineers, independent of the operations teams.

Participate in commissioning activities.

Carry out addition duties as assigned.

Duration: 6 months

Location: Multiple sites in King County

Pay: $43.98

Part-time: 3 to 4 days a week. 4 hours per day
