Construction Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to help deliver new El Jannah restaurants from concept to opening. This role balances office-based administration with on-site coordination, ensuring every project meets our quality, safety, and compliance standards.
What you’ll do
• Manage the approvals and certification process, liaising with certifiers, councils, and builders to secure Occupation Certificates.
• Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and budgets in line with Construction Manager timelines.
• Conduct site visits to track progress, identify defects, and ensure issues are resolved before handover.
• Build strong working relationships with builders, contractors, franchise partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Support on-site coordination and assist with permits and approvals across multiple states.
What we’re looking for
• Qualifications in Project Management, Property, or Business (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) desirable but not essential.
• Experience in administration or coordination roles, ideally within QSR, retail, or construction environments.
• Knowledge of state construction regulations and approvals processes highly regarded.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with councils, contractors, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel and support projects on-site as needed.
