Position: Project Assistant

Company: Clockwork Construction Inc.

Location: 5856 Corporate Ave, Cypress, CA

Clockwork Construction Inc is a general contractor that specializes in commercial construction with a focus on restaurant construction, remodels, new construction, conversions, and other commercial projects. The selected candidate will have a strong list of clients/industry contacts and will be responsible for and have the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project files (digital and physical)
• Track, log and distribute subcontracts, purchase orders, RFI’s, change orders, etc
• Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure proper documentation is received
• Maintain insurance certificates, lien waivers, and compliance documents
• Assist in contract administration and document control
• Provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Construction team
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned

Qualifications

? Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

? Must be customer service-oriented.

? Possess excellent organizational, written and communication skills.

? Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.

? Be able to work independently without constant supervision

? Ability to work in a team environment

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation $20/hr DOE plus variable bonuses based upon company and individual performance
